6-Month Manufacturer's Warranty on All Instruments:

WHAT IS COVERED:

This warranty covers the instruments against defects in materials or workmanship.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

This warranty does not cover (a) damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse; (b)normal wear and tear on any serviceable part of the instrument including electronic controls and switches, jacks, worn frets. plated surfaces, tuning machines, string replacement;

(c) consumables (i.e. string, reeds, drum sticks, batteries, springs, pads, felt parts and electric controls and switches); (d) deterioration by reason of perspiration, corrosive atmosphere, or other external causes such as extremes in temperature or humidity;

Return Policy:

If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs, please review the information below and return it to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will be pleased to arrange an exchange or refund.

Please note that instruments may be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Returns must be in "new" resalable condition, including all manuals and accessories. Returns may also be subject to a 10% restocking fee for string instruments, guitars and all other accessories, 15% for woodwinds, brasswinds, drumsets and harmonicas.
